UK. Her experience ranges across the functions of Strategic
Human Resources, Organisational Development, Leadership, Learning
and Performance, Finance, Knowledge Management, Systems and
Process Analysis. She has a special interest in Future Studies,
Culture and Change in business environments. |

McLeod Myrene has extensive experience in all aspects of learning
and development, including the training of trainers, workplace
assessment, performance improvement, leadershsip and organisational
development. She is also an experienced facilitator and coach.

Ebbett Deborah has extensive experience managing complex HR &
L&D implementations, including a nationwide programme
in response to a crisis, developing a new training infrastructure
in a major public sector organisation affected by significant
legislative and organisational change, and establishing an
enterprise-wide e-learning programme which achieved international
award recognition.

Sherburd Sue has 20 years experience in the human resource
field having worked for large, medium and small businesses
in both the private and public sectors. She has a broad background
that traverses strategic planning, organisational development,
performance management, recruitment, learning and development,
reward, process analysis, documentation and policy development.
Sue has held executive management positions in Westpac, ACC,
and Unisys. |

Taylor As a gifted trainer and facilitator Simon has
delivered a range of programmes including vision, strategic

leadership, customer service, train the trainer / presentation
skills, performance management, change management, and many
more. Simon’s relentlessly high standards, his variety
of experiences, keen sense of humour, and pragmatic approach
to training give him the ability to engage others at every

| Lindsay
Bonnett Lindsay Bonnett is Zuri’s technical advisor.
He specialises in “no frills” support, helping
our clients with simple on-line solutions that won’t
cost the earth. He works with organisations building knowledge
bases without the support of sophisticated IT infrastructure,
provides help desk facilities for our consultants and other
small businesses and assists with computer and electronics
purchases, installation and trouble shooting. Lindsay is also
a skilled writer and enjoys working with our clients to enhance
their website usability. |
