Skills Needs Analysis

Skills needs analysis (also known as training needs analysis and learning needs analysis) is all about making sure that you are training people for the right thing. People may need to learn something new because they are starting a new job, or responding to changing conditions, such a new computer system or new procedure. Or they may need to develop certain skills such as communication or negotiation, to refine how they perform. Zuri can help you:
